Rebecca Caraway

Rebecca caraway is a Messianic Jew.  She received Jesus as her savior in 1970 and proclaims He is surely the Hound of Heaven.  Rebecca went to the Philadelphia Church for 30 years, was director for the food pantry, deaconess, lead women's Bible study and women's  ministries. She was on the board of new life for girls along with counseling the women.

Rebecca has 5 children and 10 grandchildren.  The one thing she has learned... you don't decide your calling, you discover it. She has a heart to minister to the body of Christ and above all to carry His Passionate Heart to the hurting. This is what brought her to the Watering Hole.

Like many of us, you can't help but to get wounded on this journey and the Lord led me to all these wonderful women of God to heal and then go forth to be used for His Glory.

Tina Togtman

As one of the founding board members of the Watering Hole, my passion is to see the broken hearted healed, and the captive set free. During the past 40 years of marriage, I have been blessed to raise two children, while standing along side my husband when he served as a deacon and elder, as well as assisting him in leading a home bible study and young married group.

I've had Elijah House, Healing room and Theophostic trainings, as well as participating in various seminars. In addition, I've been privileged to teach Sunday school for first and second graders, and serve on women's ministry boards in various capacities, including president, planning retreats, meetings and other events. The joy and reward of serving to further the kingdom of our God and his son Jesus Christ has been very fulfilling. After several years of being in corporate America and absent from the Watering Hole board, it is with a grateful heart that I am able to return. God truly is Good.
